The winners and runners up of this year’s Big Issue in the North Trust short story competition read their stories at a special event on Friday 4th November at the Anthony Burgess Foundation in Manchester.
The winning story of this year’s competition was published across two issues of The Big Issue in the North and the members of the public, friends and family of the winning writers gathered together to hear the stories read out at the fundraising event.
