Chef Omar Allibhoy is on a mission to promote Spanish olives so here he is showing us how to make two great dishes – chicken stuffed with olives and wrapped in ham, and olives stuffed with fried manchego cheese.

Owner of Tapas Revolution in London, Allibhoy has a flair for Spanish cuisine and was recently dubbed the “Antonio Banderas of cooking”.

Having teamed up with Olives From Spain, he illustrates how the olive in simple finger foods or for more extravagant three-course affairs.
